  • Tinting the buttercream
  • Making piping bags
  • Piping skills: stars, shells, reverse shell

Module 3

  • Covering a cake
  • Piping skills:ruffles, flowers, leaves

Module 2

  • Working with fresh cream
  • Piping skills: fleur de lis, rosettes, borders

Module 4

  • Project to incorporate techniques learnt in Modules 1-3
